6. Customer-Supplied Content

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing final files.

14. Revisions

A revision generally means a reasonable adjustment to an existing design based on the original project brief.

15. Additional Revisions

16. Customer Review and Approval

Before approving a final design, please check:

  • Dates

  • Dimensions

Once a design has been approved and final files have been delivered, changes may require additional fees.

Prism Nexa is not responsible for errors that were present in customer-supplied content or approved by the customer.

17. Source Files

Editable or source files are not automatically included with every design service.

If source files are not included, they may be available for an additional fee.

18. Fonts and Third-Party Assets

19. Intellectual Property Ownership

20. Unused Design Concepts

If multiple concepts are created and the customer selects one final design, unused concepts remain the property of Prism Nexa unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The customer may not use, reproduce, distribute, or claim ownership of rejected or unpaid concepts.

21. Portfolio Rights

Unless confidentiality has been agreed upon, Prism Nexa may request or retain the right to display completed work for promotional purposes, such as:

Where client confidentiality applies or where an agreement specifically prohibits portfolio use, we will respect that restriction.

23. Cancellations

27. Printing

Unless specifically included in your order, Prism Nexa provides design files only and does not provide printing services.

Customers should verify final printing requirements with their chosen printer.

Colors may appear differently between screens and printed materials due to:

We cannot guarantee that printed colors will exactly match colors displayed on a screen.
